But the offerings do not end there; for each season, Tradizione offers local specialities that cannot be missed. Currently, for the summer season, the "Cuoppo di frittura di pesce" stands out, a typical dish from the Salerno tradition that includes various types of fried fish in a paper cone, from calamari to anchovies, passing through shrimp and cuttlefish.
